Store Policies


All orders through this website are fulfilled via Store Pickup to serve our local customers. If you would like to have an item shipped to you outside our local markets, please Visit our Reverb Shop. Orders received through Reverb can be shipped within the continental 48 States. Shipping charges may apply. We do not ship outside the United States.


Returns & exchanges are limited to 7 days after purchase. All items must be unused and still have the original packaging. Certain items may be ineligible for returns such as harmonicas, kazoos, software, mouthpieces, custom made products, custom assembled kits or anything that cannot be re-sold due to the nature of the item.

For online returns, customers are responsible for return package shipping. If the item arrived damaged please send photos and contact your nearest store location within 24 hours of delivery. 


Personal information collected at time of check out may include Name, Address, Email, and Phone number. Any personal information that is collected on our site is only used for order fulfillment, contacting you in case we cannot complete the order or for general marketing for our company only. We will never sell or give your personal information to a 3rd party.
