The NUX Sculpture Compressor pedal offers a consistent volume output level to your playing. When you play your guitar, it will reduce the loud (peak) notes and also increase sustain by raising the level of decaying (quiet) notes, thus COMPRESSING the signal. Sculpture also contributes to the signal foundation that's fed into the rest of your effects chain.
